Felix Raquilliet
Félix Raquilliet (1778–1863) became a staff general in the Polish insurgent army during the uprising of 1830-1831.〔Collected works: Marx and Engels, 1849-51 - Page 731 Karl Marx, Friedrich Engels - 1978 "Raquilliet, Felix (1778-1863)— staff general in the Polish insurgent army (1830-31); emigrated to France; took part in the Baden-Palatinate uprising of 1849; for a time was acting commander-in-chief of the Palatinate armed forces."〕〔Baden 1848/49: Bewältigung und Nachwirkung einer Revolution - Page 97 Clemens Rehm, Hans-Peter Becht, Kurt Hochstuhl - 2002 "In den Quellen auch als Raquiller, Raquiuert, Raquillet, Raquilliet bezeichnet; Raquillier wurde 1778 geboren, er starb 1863."〕
Sources state that he was Polish and "emigrated to France," but Raquilliet is established as a French surname predating this emigration. In 1849 took part in the Baden-Palatinate uprising. For a while, he was acting as the commander-in-chief of the Palatinate forces.〔Biographical note contained in the ''Collected Works of Karl Marx and Frederick Engels: Volume 10'' (International Publishers: New York, 1978) p. 731.〕〔(【引用サイトリンク】title=Das elektronische Archiv )
